2010 Château de Pibarnon Bandol - France, Provence, Bandol (10/4/2017)
Way too young and bound up at this stage, but showing great depth, and fine balance. I like the tannin/fruit ratio, and have no concerns about aging this until it unwinds. Patience!

This is just silly. Pibarnon is noted as needing time. Should have popped a Tempier instead, at least that would have shown better.
Don’t have Tempier in 375. Thanks for playing though. I will adhere to your wishes in the future.
