TN: 2010 A.P. Vin Chardonnay Lagniappe Keefer Ranch Vineyard

I’ve had the 2009 a bunch (thanks Andrew!) which saw more new oak IIRC and had a much more nutmeg spice characteristic.

This version is lighter, crisper and much more citrus oriented. I liked it a lot. Fresh clean, citrus, a little bit of hazel nut and green apple with lively acidity but an underlying richness. Very well done.

PS I love the temperature label that let’s you know when it’s reached 59 degrees.

Disclaimer: Andrew and I are friends, I sometimes pop by his winery during harvest to lend a hand.
