holy crap, they make wine in Moab or even nearby? can’t imagine how. very thin residual sandstone soils(maybe even just some cryptobiotic crust), a clay oven in the summer… I know spanish valley trail road well, ridden down it many times. I think chilis would grow better but if they can even make a palatable wine, wow.
