I’ve been enjoying an 09 Kutch PN [Sonoma Coast] the last few nights, and its drinking better on the 2nd night. I get a touch of rhubarb, licorice, cranberry on the palate. It’s a quite nice wine, that seems still fresh and vibrant to me. I’ve had other vintages when they were younger and would tilt toward drinking this earlier though. It got a little new oak, but doesn’t taste oaky at all today.
