The remarkable thing about these wines is, as good as they can be young, how much better they are with age.

Didn’t we open an older one at the shop? Maybe a '99? I think my feelings on older Muscadet mirror those of aged Rieslings; I’m still not sure if I like them young or old. Oy vey.

I think we opened a 97 and a 99, along side Tim’s 04 Bregeon Gorges.
