2009 Château Taillefer - France, Bordeaux, Libournais, Pomerol (4/9/2013)
I will tend to agree with the previous reviews. Light on the nose with a faint hint of perfume. Color is a dark ruby to purple color with medium legs. Taste - some minerality and subdued fruit flavors with some medium tannins on the back end. The wine was somewhat grippy but shows potential. At this price, this would be a good one to lay down for a few years to see how it develops. All in all, a nice wine. (90 pts.)
