TN: 2009 Albert Morot Beaune 1er Cru Les Marconnets

Got some '09s in, and a bunch of these, so I took one for a spin.

  • 2009 Albert Morot Beaune 1er Cru Les Marconnets - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Beaune 1er Cru (3/24/2012)
    Ripe red fruit and black cherry aromas really fill the air as this was poured. Rich and lush cherry fruit with some earth tones on the palate right now. Somewhat austere in the middle, but you won’t mind it with the upfront youthful sexiness. Good wine. Fun to taste now before the shut down.
