  • 2008 Relic Wines The Sage - USA, California (1/9/2010)
    Popped and poured, enjoyed over two hours. Nose of grapefruit, lemon, marzipan, white flowers. Bright acidity, very crisp in the mouth. Tart green apples, lime, kiwi, peaches. Rich yet crisp. Paired really well with seared sea scallops and miso soup with carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach and udon noodles.

Nice note. I agree, its a pretty great wine. Coming from someone who doesn’t do many whites (me), this is one to have.
