  Purple color. The nose showed tons of sulfur along with green pepper and herbs. Rustic and austere in the mouth. High acid, more green pepper and some savory components. Quite tannic.

This is nowhere near ready to drink. I have no idea what this will turn into someday, but it is a rough ride right now.
