    Opened up with a big, richly fruity nose that became more nuanced and floral with air. By the three hour mark, the bouquet was incredibly beautiful. In the glass, the color was the deepest purple. The palate was absolutely stacked - blue and purple fruits, savory mineral notes, toasty oak, and a chewy mouthfeel. While it’s definitely delicious now with a good decant, there are plenty of tannins here to see this through many more years. In fact, if I had more, I’d probably open the next in 2-3 years.
