I have enjoyed the 2004 as well, but what makes you think this will improve in 5-8 years?
I think it can go on, but the greenness in it seems to intensify with age.
I am probably going to open one of these for my first try this weekend. Any recent notes or decnting advice would be appeciated. Thank you.
The 2008 is a bit different than the 2007, but the 2007 that I opened last week needed a good hour or so to open up and start showing and the last glass at the end of the night was the best. I was glad that I opened it, poured a glass while cooking and then got back to it later. I would suggest the same for the 2008.
