2008 Ketcham Estate Pinot Noir Russian River Valley - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (4/15/2011)
14.2% alcohol. I came home today desiring a Ketcham Pinot. This one delivered, big time. The red fruit aromas are very expressive and pure. On the palate, rasberry, cinnamon, vanilla and blackberry. Exceptional balance, lingering aftertaste, very distinctive and delicious. This is the third of these wines I’ve enjoyed over the past 12 months. It continues to improve - this is excellent now and over the next 3-5 years. (92 pts.)
