    There can be a bit of bottle variation with these but last night’s bottle was humming. Expressive aromatics of violets, earth and sweet red berry fruits. It was rich and textured in the mouth but with a light, airy and lacy feel. It finished with a sappy crunch and length of flavour was admirable.

Bottle variation, hmm, what’s that due to I wonder?

Must say I didn’t like this anywhere near as much as the '06 or '07…
