I purchased these about a year and a half ago and kind of forgot about them. I stuck one in the fridge for a bit hoping that this wasn’t over the hill.
I was wrong. This was so closed yesterday that after less than a glass I recorked it and put it back in the fridge.
I’ve been sipping on this around 60 degrees tonight. Really wonderful texture that I love in white Rhones.
Aromas/flavors of peach, honey, and mineral with a great lingering finish.
My other bottle(s) will sit for another year or so.
This needs some food, but a microwave burrito doesn’t quite do the trick.
