    Popped and poured, enjoyed with a dinner of linguini with homemade clam sauce, sauteed mushrooms and baby asparagus. Sharp, crisp, fresh and clean. Restrained, citrusy, with wonderful minerality. Very nice expression of sauvignon blanc.

I need to try this. My store has a lady who special orders this by the case, but I’ve never tried it. Looks like I might be missing something. Thanks for the note

Make sure you get the Napa Valley, not the Rutherford. The Napa Valley sees no oak, the Rutherford does. I had both on Sunday night, the Napa Valley is significantly better.

I’ve always enjoyed this wine - had a glass at the SFO airport 2 months ago and it was very nice.
