After a taste of an advanced 2008 Leflaive Puligny Pucelles, this beauty is always a sure thing. Fabulous.

Don,
As you know that is one of the most conisistently great premier crus produced today. The 2010 & 2012 are also just stunning.
This a very fine wine-just bought 4 more.
I’ve had it a few times recently and loved every bottle. It’s the wine that made me rethink buying GC Chablis.
it is now more costly than a lot of g cru Chablis!
One of my favorite producers and 1er vineyards. Have '08 H. Boilliot PM Perrieres lined up.
Nice work Don. Good to know that my bottle was an isolated example.

Henri Boillot makes fantastic chardonnay and considering what white Burgs go for these days, the wines are fantastic value.
I buy a lot of Boillot but I must be paying a lot more than you people who tout fantastic values. Flickinger has had the best pricing but it ain’t cheap! This stuff is expensive.

It’s not cheap. But you could do a whole helluva lot worse for what you pay. I get mine from Flickinger too.

Paid $81/btl for the 2013. It’s not a bad price. 79 for 2012 and 60 for 11. Still semi affordable and a really good value for the mouchere.
Their corton Charlie is always incredible and pricing hasn’t gotten insane on it for the quality.

Holy cow! Are those PC prices? Its almost double that in Massachusetts, 2012 Mouchere was $140ish last spring.
Ahhh. Brother Henri, Puligny, 2008. Glad your bottle was another good one, Don.
2010 lots of promise but painfully young. From 2 months ago:
"2010 Henri Boillot Puligny Montrachet Clos de la Mouchere
It’s Boillot all right, screaming gunflint and mineral. Lemon zest, very high-toned right now…mouthwatering comes to mind. needs a LOT of time"

Ouch. Nah not PC. Just a retailer that I’ve been buying boillot from for awhile that gives me a good deal.
