    Served ice cold and allowed to adjust with time. Paired with a citrus dressed mix green salad and a spicy curried vegetable entree. Peach, pear and honeydew melon on the nose. Rich texture in the mouth with a mineral spritz turning to apples, pears and honey sweetness. Real tasty. As the temperasture rises it finished with a nice ruby red grapefuit note. Yummy wine.
