2008 Drouhin Chorey Les Beaune - Im enjoying this very much. Pretty much popped and poured. The aromas of this wine are dominated by smoke and red floral perfume with some fresh ginger in there. The balance between fruit and acid is fantastic. The bright and luminous red floral flavors are not deep but are deeply satisfying. LOVE 2008 red burgundies. 2010 is a close second but 2008 has been my favorite for young drinking. Im really looking forward to seeing how they age.
