2008 Danjean-Berthoux Givry 1er Cru La Plante - France, Burgundy, Côte Chalonnaise, Givry 1er Cru (8/17/2013)
Visual: Pale, transparent very light yellow color with just a wee bit of white clouding.
Nose: Lime, salt and a touch of sulfur
Palate: Strong, sharp acids, lemon-lime balanced with strong minerals.
This almost tasted like a Chablis, but somehow it was clear that it was a white burg. This was good, fresh and crisp. No hints of oxidation at all. Not terribly complex, but fun drinking B-.
