Slightly agricultural at first, with all sorts of earthy meaty notes, but breathes to show more ethereal traits. There’s a delightful floral perfume that works deliciously well with the crunchy red fruits. A sweetness of cherry flavour intensifies at its heart and there’s good rocky detail with a finish punctuated by tart cherries.
