first try of this
nose is cinnamon and baked apple with creme brulee crusts
palate is a bit diffuse on the front but zingy on the back
long lingering high acid finish. cotton candy palate with apricot. a tad of pepper on the back end too
front of palate makes this less than great but pretty good and very interesting
