After lots of silliness for a few days on the BB, now back to our principal interest:
-
2007 Saxum Broken Stones - USA, California, Central Coast, Paso Robles (8/7/2014)
Popped and poured and then followed for about 90 minutes. This is coming along very nicely and is an outstanding wine. Intense dark fruit, nice spice, excellent balance, smooth mouth feel with no bite. I did not get a lot of raspberry in this bottle, which I have gotten in a lot of Saxum. If this had been decanted for about 3 hours (I could not do it) it would have been even better. (95 pts.)
