    94% Cab, 6% Cab Franc, 15.5%alc. Dark blackberry color with dripping purple legs. Wonderful nose of fresh crushed dark berries, graphite dust, charred vanilla oak barrel, cherry cordials. MUCH MUCH better than the Napa Cab!! Big sweet dark berry fruit, yet not too sweet like the Napa was for me. This wine is structured with power and complexity. Super graphite dustiness that tames the sweetness, as well as a good dose of dry puckering tannin. Actually has a nice balance to it now, not super tannic at this stage, but a few years will do wonders. Great flavors of chocolate covered cherries with kirsch liqueur, pencil shavings, potting soil, cigar box spice. Really tasty young Cab…that should only get better! +pts (93 pts.)

Of course…thanks to you! [cheers.gif] Really, get at least a six pack…I’m thinking about re-loading. This is a great “in the mood for great Napa Cab” on the cheap. And will only get better imo.
