    Pure. Brambly Zinberry fruit that clearly stays on the red fruit side of the spectrum with nice acidity and no apparent oak. Glad that I bought 3 of these as that leaves 2 to do side by side with Mikes’ Carlisle version. Nice job Adam.

Nice note, Joe. Big fan of this and Mike’s bottling from 2007. They are a lot of fun to drink side-by-side. Did that a few months back. Close call qualitatively but very interesting in comparing the differences. The Novy is a bit riper and just delicious.
