2007 L’Antica Quercia Prosecco di Conegliano - Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Conegliano (10/2/2009)
Subtle nose with a dose of nuts and apricot - very fresh. Quite dry on the palate (particularly for Prosecco), with great crispness, apples, a bit of peach, and even some stone/rock-like bitterness. The finish is a bit short, but pleasant, with more of the apricot and nuts from the nose, and a bit of a floral component as well. It finishes short, but very clean. (89 pts.)
