    Nice dark color, light spice and pepper nose. Dark fruit with coffee and chocolate notes on the palate. The tannins are smooth and the finish is nice for such a youngster. Excellent White Hawk Syrah, much more approachable at this moment than some others from that vineyard. Will add a couple to the cellar and check on them in a couple of years. Nice mid level QPR at $31. (92 pts.)
