TN: 2007 Domaine Guy Roulot Meursault 1er Cru Charmes

A quick note on this wine - shared last night with my wife. This wine was super clean with aromas of lemon cream, smoke, and soft honey. Hints of tight citrus flavors throughout, light toast, and cold pears. This wine just seems spot on with a real presence in the mouth - medium+ finish with a nice cut of minerality… Lovely stuff here!

I just can’t get over how many recent '07 white burgs have shown so very well for me ! Another from Roulot, a few from Billaud-Simon, and yes - even a nice '07 Fevre Le Clos ! CHEERS
