fresh and delightful summer wine. Lemony, mineral- muscadet like but with a smooth almost chenin blanc back end.

another bottle tonight with whole wheat pasta with sauteed zucchini, garlic, onion and fresh basil. Topped with fresh ricotta and red pepper flakes. great match.
