    Baked fruits with a bit of scrub brush and some heat. Big up front falling down fairly quickly and ending with some heat. Finish is thin and seems more hollow on day two. Not a lot of tannin here and the acidity is not very strong but it isn’t clipped. A short termer and a CdP that shows what some have feared about 07 being too alcoholic.

A Garagiste selection but not one of the better ones. Too ripe and hot though I wouldn’t call it modern either.
