• 2007 Cháteau la Courançonne Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu Gratitude - France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu (4/29/2009)
  Drank this over two nights and impressions were about equal. This is very nice for about $13 or so. On the nose it shows white pepper, dark fruits, violets and a little gaminess. On the palate it isn’t quite as complex and has just enough acidity to give it a juicy lift. Violets, white pepper, tangy cherry fruit and a little vanillan spice. Nice weight, decent finish and an all around nice wine. Another winner from 2007. (89 pts.)
