2007 Buisson-Charles Volnay 1er Cru Santenots - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Volnay 1er Cru (2/22/2023)
Drinking right in the zone. Mid-weight, elegant and perfumed. Very much red fruited with a hint of forest floor and smoked meats development. Lacy against the gums. Fine minerally bones and a finish that is cool and stony. Light florals punctuate.
