  • 2007 Biggio Hamina Cellars Pinot Noir Momtazi Vineyard - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, McMinnville (11/3/2014)
Medium garnet with orange bricking rim, light funky conac nose. Dry lightly tart metallic mineral, medium restrained fruit. Soft acid, aged ripe Italian plums, cranberries with light fully integrated tannins. Well balanced and a joy to drink if you like AFWE style wines. (91 pts.)

Better Italian plums than California plums

Very true!

Glad you enjoyed it, my 07s are in a nice spot currently.

I hear you are around. Hope to see you today or tomorrow.

Good to see you. Hope you enjoyed the Etna wines.

Gary it’s always a pleasure to share your company. I really look forward to my continued education of all things Italian. Thank you.
