• 2007 A Tribute to Grace Wine Company Grenache Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County (1/8/2010)
  Popped and poured, enjoyed over two hours. Smells like a Moroccan bazaar, ginger, cinnamon, mulling spices. Nice red berry fruit, nice spice, fresh and clean. Really enjoyable bottle of wine.

I met the winemaker, whose name I can’t remember (though I remember she’s from New Zealand) a few weeks back when she was pouring this at another winery’s tasting room in Solvang. She was very excited about getting this wine out - I believe it is her first. Didn’t have a chance to try that night but sounds like I’m going to have to try to track one down!!!

Her name is Angela Osborne, she is from New Zealand. This is her first vintage. I’ll bring a bottle to the Pinot Days dinner.
