2006 Soléna Pinot Noir Domaine Danielle Laurent - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley (1/31/2010)
Quite ripe with cinnamon and cloves and a bit of heat on the nose. The fruit is okay but this is a simple, very ripe wine with not much of an upside. Not totally a poster child for the dark side of the vintage but not one of the real successes either.
