The syrahathon continues! Medium dark ruby red. Focused and precise aromas of red fruit and spice. Rasberries, cherry, smoke and black pepper on the palate. Very pure, very balanced and pleasingly rich. This wine has always been one of my favorite syrahs. I tasted one after Christmas that was disappointing - must have been an off bottle. This one rocks! (93 pts.)
