    Much better than the bottle I had about 7 months ago. Deep purple color to it, nose of Pepper along with a ton of dark fruits and some chocolate lying underneath it all. Full bodied wine with the dark fruits and oak really coming through and enveloping the mouth. Excellent long finish with a ton of grip to it. This was very well balanced, fruit, acid and tannin all working together to finish this bottle on a strong note.

Had this last night. Very good zin.

Had this at the Benbow Inn with rib eyes on my 36th last year- big, but well balanced, with cherry compote and ripe boysenberry/blackberry, not too hot, and wrapping it up with nice structure, without too much oak to hide the bright flavors- a linebacker who can do ballet. We were impressed.
