Tasted September 19, 2009 at a retail tasting.

Purple color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of Kirsch, violets, a bit of smoke and some notes of berries. Flavors of berries, cherries and raspberries. Bright acidity, medium to firm tannins, medium body. Drink over the short to medium term. (89 pts.)

Yep, pretty good tasting overall. There’s a regular group of us that meets there every Saturday and the person that works the tasting is great. She pretty much lets us pick what we want to taste and gives us rather generous pours. flirtysmile
