2006 La Pousse d’Or Pommard 1er Cru Les Jarollieres - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Pommard 1er Cru (5/1/2016)
ripe nose of plums and currants. Taste is similar along with a serious note of acidity. There is minerals present as well keeping this from being cloying. Drinks well upon pop n pour.
So I left this corked and at a cool temp for a few hours and tasted again and this was almost all acidity and no fruit. Shiiiiiite! What the hell happened? This fell off a cliff in a huge way. If you have these, open and guzzle before the fruit disappears.
