Wow! It’s my new summer house white!
Nice nose, crisp, I may even say sharp on the palate, but in a good way. Not much of a finish. I think I would feel better serving this VERY chilled, a la refrigerator cool, but out of the cave, its quite tasty!
Was it as ripe as many 2006s I’ve been seeing? A recent Jadot Chablis 2006 was undrinkably ripe and fat.
