TN: 2006 D' Angerville Volnay Champans

This wine screams summer to me, due in part to the perfectly ripe red berries sprinkled with cinnamon and layered on a bed of rocks.

Could also be b/c I slurped it down after 18 holes of golf on a 70 degree day.

Either way it’s lip-smacking delicious with impeccable balance. Firms up with some air, I wont decant next time.
