    Popped, poured 1/2 glass, left bottle open for 2 hours, then drank over 2 hours. Stunning nose of bacon, white pepper, dark fruits. More braised meat and black figs on the palate, a richness that was belied by the sheer weightlessness of the wine. Incredible how such a powerful wine could be so light. Well balanced, very nice with food. Perfect accompaniment to the chili dogs we devoured prior to the Giants whipping up on the Cowboys.
