    Very slightly cloudy light golden color. Reticent nose of lemon, lime, some minerals, and a hint of oak. Some pineapple, lemons, grapefruit, and kind of a floral/herbal element on the finish . Another delicious Aubert.

Greg - Thank you for the note. We had a white tasting the other day and had the 05, 06 & 07 Lauren’s together. Very contrasting wines. All good but very different. I will try to post some notes on some of them, if others do not. Regards, John
