2005 Villa Creek High Road James Berry Vineyard - USA, California, Central Coast, Paso Robles (8/30/2009)
Popped and poured, enjoyed with a dinner of swiss cheese burgers with grilled onions, tomato salad and tater tots. Served a little on the cool side, this is much better than my last bottle. Fruit, acid, earthy tones, clove, nutmeg. Purple fruits, very smooth with an underlying vein of acidity and stone. Nice wine. Saving 1/2 the bottle for tomorrow.
