TN: 2005 Small Vines Sonoma Coast

This is now hitting on all cylinders. The nose is bright red fruit wafting out of the glass and into the room. The palate is even better with blue, black, and red fruit all dancing around each other. Mouth feel is over the top as the complexity of the wine seems to hit every nook and cranny of the tongue, cheeks, and gums. Acidity is still prevalent though it’s integration puts this wine at it’s peak. Finish is long and mouth watering leaving me wanting another sip right away. With only one bottle left I will be enjoying it this year. (93 pts.)

Fantastic!

I’ve got one bottle remaining, and should be able to open it soon, thanks for the notes.

I hope as good as the vintage has proven to be so far.
Their production on the RRV is off almost 100 cases so I’ll be jumping as soon as the mailer hits.

Hey Brandon - Great to read your notes on one of my favorite '05 pinots! I have 2 left and have been itching to open one and see if it’s as good as the last time I had one of these.
