From a 375ml. 14.1% alcohol. Spicy aromatics of black cherries, plum, cola and with air raspberry jam. On the palate, woodsy notes of black cherries and forest floor. A touch of heat on the slightly tart finish. Good QPR. 87-88 points. (87 pts.)

From a 375ml. Notes of black cherries, kirsch, plums, and white mushrooms. Fresh and sappy on the palate with maraschino liqueur and cherry cola on the finish. A very good QPR. (88 pts.)
Rock on, Paul. Glad you had patience to keep this for a while. I think I burned my last bottle some time ago, but I had meant to keep at least one to see how it held up. Sounds very tasty. Thanks for the notes.
I was actually surprised how little it had evolved; last night’s bottle was quite similar to the one had two years ago. I suspect that has to do with the wine fridge I kept it in, which keeps the temp at a steady 50 degrees.
