    Can’t believe it’s been 8 yrs since my last bottle of this!!! BIG acid last time…totally integrated now. Still pretty bright and high toned with some sour skin acidity…tannins have let go of their Kung Fu…dark liqueured berry fruits…raspberry, cherry, blackberry, black plum…still oozes with goodness…dark chocolate ganache, cocoa bean, cedar spice, dried chocolate covered blueberries…really lovely florals, herb roasted meats, tar, lead pencil. Last time showed a little angular…although more integrated now with the age…still kind of sharp at times? That acid livens the wine…but does kick it out of whack ever so…but that’s nit picking here…at 11, this is VERY satisfying! (93 pts.)

Great note Buzz - and I’m really digging that label. Would love to try a saxum wirh that much age on it.

And as has been stated here tons of times…wine looks so much freaking better when you see it in your Cellar :slight_smile:
