2005 Mi Sueño Cabernet Sauvignon - USA, California, Napa Valley (12/5/2009)
Opened and poured into the decanter. Good thing. Definitely sediment there. Also allowed some of the oak to blow off…or the fruits to bloom. Espresso and black fruits on the nose, but overpowered by the oak. Smooth and enjoyable, not a fruit bomb. Will the oak integrate before I kill the last bottle?
