    Popped, decanted one hour, enjoyed over the next two. Very nice wine, good balance, good fruit, a little pepper, easy drinker. Paired nicely with bison bacon cheeseburgers.

Jaffurs is certaily firing on all cylinders. When the 2007 Jaffurs Bien Nacido arrived about a month ago, I just had to pop one and taste it. While young, it clearly has the marking of another great one.
