2005 Domaine Rousset Crozes-Hermitage Blanc - France, Rhône, Northern Rhône, Crozes-Hermitage
Very interesting nose of baked apples, custard, sweet tropical fruits, and nuts. Nice minerality overall, and more tropical fruits and apple on the palate. Finishes primarily with apple and walnut, but some of the stony minerality ties in as well. Clean finish.
