    After having a few bottles of Roulot’s Aligote’…I can now see this grape in this bubbly(100% or blend?). Crisp ginger ale bubbles, lemon water, tart apple,melon,pear fruit, toast, vanilla…and tons of stones. Simple and refreshing. (91 pts.)
